To top it off, I accidentally locked myself out of my room and had to wait for hours for a locksmith, which was incredibly inconvenient.

I spent one night in a lovely deluxe single room. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to check on us. The food was top-notch, especially the cinnamon bread and butter pudding – yum! The only bummer was that the WiFi was a bit spotty at times.
